Lighthouse Media Centre, Wolverhampton’s only independent cinema, is in desperate need of your support so that it can stay open.
 
In need of £7500, the cinema must raise the funds to help fund a full digital upgrade for all their screens in order to keep their history alive and continue to show the films they do.
 
The centre, which specialises in cinema, film and video, celebrates its 25th anniversary today and hopes to go on to celebrate many more if it can raise the money.

It is an independent cinema, photography gallery, media training provider and business support agency that has helped graduate filmmakers a great deal over the years as well as providing great opportunities for young people to take part in practical film making and animation.

This is where you come in. Light House are looking for you to donate from as little as £1 towards the cost of this project. If you do decide to donate then your contribution will be valued with the following rewards:

£1 – Light House pin badge
£5 – 10% off a cinema ticket
£10 – A pair of complimentary tickets to watch a film
£20 – A pair of complimentary tickets to watch a film and a free drink/snack in the bad
£50 – Loyalty card offering 10% of cinema tickets for 6 months.
£100+ - Named recognition within online marketing and loyalty card offering 10% off cinema tickets for 12 months.
